How can I take care of my product? 

Upon receiving your package, please store it at room temperature (if in a hot climate, please put the package in the fridge for an hour before opening).

When do your products expire? 

All our products have a recommended expiration date of 12 months after opening.

Where are bluamor products made? 

All our products are handmade in Longmont, Colorado in the United States.  

What ingredients in your deodorant fights odor? 

Our aluminum-free deodorants are made with several ingredients effective in fighting odor including 100% Organic Coconut Oil, Magnesium Hydroxide, and Cornstarch.  

How many ingredients are in your products? 

All of our products are made with 10-or-less ingredients that are 100% vegan, organic, and plant-based.

How are your scent blends created? 

Our scents are made with 100% organic essential oils and natural fragrances. We do not use any artificial fragrances in our products. 

Why is there empty space in my product? 

Don’t worry if there’s empty space in your product! We fill your product to the net. wt. displayed on our packaging.  

Why am I experiencing irritation? 

All of our products are 100% vegan, organic, and natural, however, if you are experiencing irritation from one of our products, please stop use and contact us so we can get to the bottom of it and help you find one of our products that’s best for you. 

Are your fragrances natural? 

We only use organic, plant-based, essential oils and natural scents in our products. 

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to the US lower 48 states.  

We offer free shipping on orders $40+.  

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase. 

We utilize USPS for shipping, so once your order is shipped, you should anticipate receiving it within 2 to 5 business days.  

Any delays in transit that occur once your package is with the carrier are out of our control. If you do not receive your package or is it unexpectedly delayed, please contact your shipping carrier. For additional support, please contact us.

How can I make changes to my order? 

We recommend immediately contacting us via our order support form. If your product has already shipped, we cannot make a change or refund your order. 

What is the status of my order?

To save trees, we will not print your packing slip. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order ships. To check your order status, please refer to your order confirmation email or log in to your bluamor account here. 

What materials do you use to ship?

Our shipments are 100% plastic-free! We use shipping materials made from recycled resources, all of which are 100% compostable, biodegradable, and recyclable. Help us by recycling or reusing your package! 

What is your Return Policy?

Due to the nature of our products, bluamor does not accept exchanges or returns. Our products are carefully crafted with the highest standards. Your satisfaction is important to us, so we are happy to address any concerns you may have. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us via our support form, and we will be happy to assist you.  

Upon receiving your package, please store it at room temperature. If you are in a hot climate, please place the product in the fridge for an hour before opening.  

We are not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses entered by customers, so we cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us via our support form, and we will be happy to assist you.

Yes, all our products are packaged in 100% recyclable paper.

Yes, all our product packaging is and will forever be 100% biodegradable and compostable.

How do I buy a gift card? 

Give the gift of bluamor here. Afterpay cannot be used to purchase a gift card.  

How do I redeem my gift card? 

You can find your gift card code in the recipient’s email. Gift cards can be redeemed in the checkout process by selecting “Add Gift Card” at the checkout screen.

Can I modify or cancel my gift card order once it has been placed? 

We are unable to modify a gift card order after it has been placed. Gift card sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
